It was what it claimed to be

We stayed four nights at the Peninsula and were asked if we wanted an upgrade to a suite with balcony. I had no choice and still saved more than 1/2 off the published rate. We were very pleased with the courteous staff, the amenities (electric curtains, central lighting controls), and the included breakfast was excellent. It was buffet style with 2 locations inside and outside near the river. It was very pleasant to dine on perfectly made eggs Benedict or your choice of made to order eggs while sitting outside watching the boats float by. The 3 tiered pools were very relaxing and not too crowded. All around an excellent was had...it was my 5th stay in 5 star hotels in BKK, and so far, the Peninsula was the best I have been to.

Elegant hotel with a romantic atmosphere

Sweet and expensive

Great Peninsula
