Room cleanliness can be improved

At first, we were given a room that had lizard and insert staying with us. The lizard was living in the telephone on the table and it was lucky that I used the phone on the bed-side table. Otherwise the lizard may migrated into my ear and that would not be fun. We complained to the front desk and was assigned to another room. However, cleanliness was an issue as there was always a layer of dust here and there. I am particular to this as I have a very sensitive noise. Other than that, location is excellent and staffs there are hopeful and I am happy with the stay overall.

Tea in the lobby then leave
Not impressed enough to stay again. Fabulous artwork, love the lobby. Too crowded and food not that delicious. Excellent variety of food and drinks, good service but it's expensive. Staff is excellent... อ่านต่อ

Grand and Expensive
