Great service with smiles all over the hotel

From arrival to departure, every staff had a warm smile on the face. This is what every hotel needs to train their staff to do. Colonial and classic design with an amazing lobby paved with marble saids it all. We were really delighted to see fresh flowers all over the hotel. My wife was so excited when she saw those white roses in the room. The room was cozzy enough we didn't want to get out from there. The wooden furniture along with the Thai paints really made the difference. Four Seasons is hotel with a character much like the Peninsula. We would love to stay with them in the future.

Great hotel, amongst the best in Bangkok
