A pleasant experience

I never thought I would switch from my regular Bangkok hotel (Dusit Thani) but am really happy to have experienced the Four Seasons. We stayed on the club floor and used the facilities. Check in and out was painless and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. The service was as expected from a renowned 5* hotel. Whilst looking around the hotel I met the hotel manager Mr Thomas Hoffmann, who gave up his time to give me a guided tour. We opted to have breakfast in the gardens, and even though it was busy the staff never lost their cool and the food never ran out. I will most definitely use this hotel again as the location is spitting distance to transport and major shops, food etc. I would have liked to have seen a dress code within the club lounge and perhaps a soap dish rather than a saucer would have been preferable. However, this hotel gets the thumbs up from me...
