Very convenient and excellent service

At first we had a room with some unpleasant smell, turns out the hotel had the room carpets changed not long ago and it was the carpet smell. They were nice enough to upgrade us to a Deluxe room after letting them know we can't stand the smell. The location was great, it was very close to the skytrain and was in the area close to the shopping malls. The staff were all very polite and helpful, overall it was a very pleasant stay.
