Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Great setting and nice food. Only negative was the local taxi firm the hotel used ripped off customers by charging triple the normal rate. Our enquiry for renting a car was also quoted at triple the going rate. We appreciate paying for a good hotel but a taxi is a taxi. Got so fed up we moved hotel. Shame as we stayed at Four Seasons in Hampshire as well and would stayed longer. Need to review this part of their service

Peaceful oasis
Loved the resort and it’s atmosphere. Lovely rooms and beautiful scenery with rice fields everywhere. We felt the Italian restaurant was nothing to write home about but the Thai was excellent.

1/some mechine close to italian restraurent is too noised. 2/around the ladder from gym to italian restraurent is not clear.
