It is an excellent resort hotel. Staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful with no doubt. Everyone there is working very hard to make you feel you are welcome and what they have done has surpassed our expectation . if you are looking for a top rated resort, it is your choice. But if you plan to do some sightseeing in the area nearby, you may need to hire a car for your use as transportation to and from the hotel is not very convenient. Nevertheless, there is already a lot of activities in the hotel, including exercises, sports, rice plantings, and of course some tours if you don't mind they are overcharging you.
Swimming pool is too small. Yet, the buffalos bathing experience is fun. A must try.
Though everything ( except the food) is excellent, I still felt it is overpriced. Everything charged ( in fact, their room rate can tell you about this) there are very high when compared with the local standard, even with other top resorts hotel in Chiangmai.
