Excellent service

the thing that separates our experience at the four seasons compared with other classy hotels was the service. the staff always did something that just went that little bit extra to save us the effort or to make us that bit more comfortable.

we upgraded out room to the pool villa and were much happier for it. the pool is beautiful overlooking the leafy forest and small pond at the back. it was a very beautiful room and the setting made my wife and i very relaxed.
