Old Building.

The Hotel are quite old and lack of maintainence. There are many insects such as centipede(small)cause from we stay on the ground level. Lighting in the room are not bright and also the power outlets for charging mobile phone are limits. TV program are less and picture not clear, room are smelly. No Extra pillow or blanket avialable for chill weather. The worst is all the window cannot be lock, for ground level - the intruders can enter in anytime, only 2 security are on the whole permises and the hotel have the connecting gate with other property with only 2 metre high fence. No safety and security at all. When we C/N we approach to front desk , there are only 1 staff at reception and we have to wait for his avialable for more than 10 min due to he was engage with telephone. All room furniture need to touch up or change.

Once a good hotel

The staff is super friendly. My family is veg. They did everything to cook a good meal for us.
The staff is great. The resort is very beautiful but too far away from Chiang Mai.
