Good Location, comfort, breakfast

Easy to find on Google Maps. Very good location. Plenty of car parking space. Efficient reception, courteous staff attending car park, doors, baggage and room cleaning. Bedroom carpeted and comfortable. Bathroom clean and has added luxury of a bath. Some evidence bathroom decor will need refurbishment in the next 6-12 months. Breakfast buffet was a very good choice of cereals, western and asian food, and fruit.
Huge hotel, with long corridors, which have land-line phones for staff. Annoying when these start ringing from about 7:30am...corridor noise easily audible from the bed.
In summary I would recommend now, but proprietors need to attend to a couple of points.
