Stunning resort with excellent service

The rooms are stunning and the pool area is beautiful, surrounded by really comfy sun loungers. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The place really has a high end, quality feel.
The only thing where I think they could improve is the food from the restaurant. They had a good menu and some dishes, such as the pasta dishes and local dishes were excellent - good portions and delicious. Whereas, other dishes were really disapointing. For example, the gnocci, whilst tasty, the portion size was tiny, the pizza was poor quality and soggy, and the Greek salad wasn't really what you would expect. It felt very hit and miss.
Overall though I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Summer Resort & Spa.
