Quite unhappy

This hotel has got everything to be perfect. Good Design Big rooms Nice place on side of the beach Good pool, a beautiful restaurant near the beach, good sunset... Although since we arrived we noticed that the hotel as a free shuttle from Thongsala pier, and they pick some clients but we didn't know the manager said to us "was on the email sent" I didn't receive any email... Not even in SPAM or in their hotel website says about it... Then we ask for tours and we choose one, he charges us a 300THB on the entrance of Koh Nangyaun, but I knew that was the cost for the national park. Then he changed to 100THB. The next day when we get on the tour we noticed that the cost was 1800 THB total that included the entrance! We pay each 1900THB. It's not a lot for us, but I don't expect a 4-star hotel to do this... After this, I went to a 5-star hotel. Ther was a staff from the restaurant that was amazing! And helped us about a walk by the beach to the center. Last but not least SPA WAS CLOSED!
