The ad promised a clean room, however upon arriving at the resort we had an ant nest in our room!
There was an ant infestation, ants were in the bedroom, bathroom, everywhere.
In addition, on two occasions we had dirty, bloody bed sheets.
And in the end we also had a cockroach in our breakfast.
These things come to show, that there are some serious hygienic issues in the hotel. Definitely not a clean room, instead a dirty room was delivered.
The room service visited the room on multiple occasions, however nothing was done about the ants. The resort has been contacted about issue, however i have received no reply or compensation.
