Very poor service

The hotel is new and beautiful BUT it's located far from the main road and eventhough they have a van they charge 100 baht per person to take you out to the center or to the pier. The staff in the reception are not helpful and are looking always for ways to charge you... On the day we left the hotel, the pool was not available since it was dirty. In the pool there is not enough shade, they don't offer any extra umbrella's. They close the bar at 6pm, too early... The potential is great but with their attitude people will never come back...

Really nice new design hotel with big rooms, friendly staff and good food

Lack of amenities
Lovely boutique hotel. All staff (except one in the pool bar) were a joy to deal with. The hotel could do with providing more amenities in the room, such as tooth brushes, razors etc.
