Bad services

Old building, very dim in the room and toilet, the staf ask money for the drink when check out. They say they will provide drinks everyday when check-in. When check out, they ask for money and say I have take additional drinks(actually I have not ask for additional drinks). This hotel does not provide international plug which have to buy and they charge with higher prices.Wifi is also bad.

Not bad at best.
