X dirty toilet X rusty water from toilet X smelly room X weak internet access X no iron service X rude day staff (lady) X lady staff refuse to refund deposit for adapter (200Baht) X receptionist cannot speak English/Malay X mineral water provided looks old& already opened X poor room service (dust everywhere)
