Restaurant closed for renovation

No notice on booking that the restaurant had closed for renovation though it looked as though it had been closed for a long time and not much sign of the renovation. The rest of the hotel needs renovating as well and as others have said some customer relations training needs to be given to the receptionist.

Bad services

Not bad at best.
