Rude receptionist ( old lady ) and old building

Not friendly staffs especially the old lady with spectacle. very dim and dull lighting in the bathroom , everything is old except the new air conditioner. No hair dryer provided. Please train the staffs

Seasoned hotel but still liveable. Need to improve the basics like power points and lighting.

Budgeted hotel
