Worse Hotel Ever

I've stayed at a few hotel in Hatyai before but this hotel is the worse hotel ever !
The staff are very rude especially the old lady sitting at the repction. She has threw my agoda booking paper in front of me during my check in.

During my check out, she has threw my key in the box. Eventhough she's not threw it to me , but still, im her customer. please show me some respect. This is my first and last booked at this hotel. I've booked 4 room at that time. Please find another hotel at the near by area.

Rude receptionist ( old lady ) and old building
Not friendly staffs especially the old lady with spectacle. very dim and dull lighting in the bathroom , everything is old except the new air conditioner. No hair dryer provided. Please train the staf... อ่านต่อ

Seasoned hotel but still liveable. Need to improve the basics like power points and lighting.

A place to relax after a tired day
