Disappointed

Spent more than usual to have a "nice" hotel when my boyfriend was flying in to meet me. Room was dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned and the floor was still dirty. I'm not a stickler at all, but the bathroom floor hadn't been actually cleaned in a while. The staff then had the cleaning woman brought in so I could point out what was wrong, not fun for me or her. They then decided to change my room but I had to wait for over an hour for it to be ready. I was tired and jet lagged and just wanted to rest. Then the hot water didn't work. Had to have handymen come to our room. I went out of my way to spend more money on a nicer hotel to meet my boyfriend but it was not worth it.
