Very pleasant staff. Room was relatively clean and peaceful. Small issues were promptly resolved

Any questions we had for the staff, they took the time and patience to answer, be it about transport or food recommendations. Though there was a slight issue with the heater on the first night, the staff, specifically a young man named Pao, addressed the issue to the best of their ability and provided alternativ
