They did not put our kids in the connecting room to is even though we booked 6 months ago and stayed for 5 nights. They put them far away from us ( aged 12 and 14)
They gave our room key to other guests who barged in on us at 3 am, and then after we told them
to leave the staff barged in the same night. Staff sis not knock or even check if we were in the room. It was 3am!!!
The people in the interconnecting room also barged in on us on the second night.
To add insult to injury we spilt some food on our bed one night and asked them to change the linen they charged us 500baht to change the sheets.
To top it off The pool had so much chlorine in it it was not swimmable. The staff were friendly and sweet and even apologetic for all their mistakes but the management of the hotel is evidently ridiculous! Even when the opportunity presented itself for them to redeem themselves instead they had the audacity to charge us extra for the linen.
