Very disappointing

This was our second stay at this hotel and certainly was not as good as the first time. The first room that they gave us was next to really noisy equipment so we asked to be moved, it was so loud we would never have been able to sleep. The second room was ok but not worth the money and flooded through the balcony when it rained, we had towels everywhere. It is advertised as having WiFi but it didn’t work, we complained every day but the staff take no notice we just got told that it was a problem on our floor but she couldn’t look because she was on her own. We booked this hotel because it had a roof top pool but unfortunately only 7 sunbeds between all of the guests so we were not able to use it, a lot of guests were complaining but again the staff were not interested. Poor service, poor quality so we will not be returning and will not be recommending

Great location
Great location if you want to be near Khao San Road but not in the middle of it. Room was spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!
