Excellent
Hotel was in a convenient location, not too far away from the night life but far away enough to be able to sleep! The beach is on the doorstep, and the pool is nice. The room was very big and colourful. It was cleaned every day and water and clean towels were provided. I did book a room with a double bed and we ended up with two single beds pushed together. We did get charged for something from the mini bar which we didn’t have and was still in the fridge, however they sorted this straight away for us. There are many of places to eat and drink nearby, we never are at the hotel, but the menu was reasonably priced. They provided room service, which they brought us cocktails up after returning from a day out which were only 99 baht each! they provided us with umbrellas on the raining days which were a advantage! WiFi was good quality and fast however every time you turned your phone off or left the hotel it would kick you off it and you would have to log in again. The staff were so welcoming and always had smiles on their faces, especially the receptionist. Overall this hotel was very good and I would book it again if I was to come back!
