Good Hotel Excellent service

the only dissapointment about staying at the bann samui resort was the fact they had no one to help with your bags on arrival. the service at reception and the hotel was excellent. the staff were allways willing to help when required. the rooms were clean and comfortable. i would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone to stay there.

Good location close to everything
