Great but the bed sheets smelt like someone’s sweat/dampness
The location was great, beautiful to relax on the beach in the lounges provided by the hotel, pools seem accomodating for families and the breakfast had great choices as spouses to other hotels I’ve stayed at on Samui. The beds how ever smelt like they hadn’t been changed, the stench of sweat when I first hopped in was disgusting but I was so tired I didn’t complain although I wish I had, the second night I hopped in my friends bed as she left Samui and the smell wasn’t as bad. The next annoying thing was I contacted the front about sending a Bell boy to help with my heavy luggage 10 minutes before check out, no one came so I called again in check out time and they said someone was coming, about 10 minutes later one walked past me after looking at me so I called another 2 times, I waited outside my room for a total of 35 minutes before someone helped me. Luckily I had an afternoon flight otherwise this would have really upset me so I guess my advice is called them well ahead to help u
