Great location, Exquisite Rooms, So-so staff

Perfect location in the middle of all the action on Chewang beach -- and yet it is completely quiet and tranquil. The rooms are exquisite, beautiful, calm, peaceful with every amenity. The pools get a bit crowded and the beach is crowded, but all in all an excellent getaway. Unfortunately, I had several problems with the staff. at check-in, there was a problem where they couldn't find my reservation. They ended up leaving my desk and moving on to help over 10 new guests while I sat and waited. They up graded me to a suite for my inconvenience (their incompetence) so I guess that should make up for it. When they finally came to me at check-in., and I finally thought I was getting my key, nope!...I was getting a sales pitch to buy into a room discount plan. Also check the fine print. I thought breakfast was included and it wasn't. It was embarrassing when I was kicked out of breakfast. Wifi password incorrect, had to call twice to get it fixed.

Great Stay

Lovely accommodation however curtains were very thin causing light to come in and air con very loud. Otherwise fantastic

Great hotel if you’re not scared of cockroaches. We found few in the garden and near the restaurant, and even one in our bathroom... staff are nice, everything else is enjoyable.
