Great location but a terrible and very poor service

Great location but a terrible and very poor level of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction. They lie, they didn't make the room a few times . Instead of enjoying our vacation I found my self in endless arguments with the hotel's staff, trying to get the basic service that I have paid a lot for it.This will go down as the worst experience at any hotel that we have ever stayed at they had ruined our vacation.

Wrong room type

Can't get better location than this. Right in the heart of road buzzing with activities and plenty of spa and food options
