Tired but functional

Chawent Resort as a few other reviewers have said it a bit tired and dated, but otherwise offers value for money.
This is not a Mercure or Holiday Inn, but a fairly basic, but comfortable, rustic accommodation on the beach.
I found the staff friendly and helpful, in that inimitable Thai style.
My room, though a bit dark and dingy, was comfortable and spacious.

Best part of Chaweng beach.

Beach Hotel that needs some TLC
