Adequate hotel. Clean, friendly staff.

all rooms are bungalows in a row facing perpendicular to the beach. there are a few, more expensive i suppose, facing directly to the beach and next to the pool. the rooms are clean and the showers are very nice. a little bit of brown water at first but it gave me no problems (i brushed my teeth with it). there was a 4 day power outage on the island (very unique as most are only for a day or two) but the government said this will never happen again. this hotel has a generator that made things easier which ran during crucial hours and was off at night. nice tv although fuzzy reception, phone, in room safe, nice aircon. wifi was good but a little frustrating at times. the kids arrived the day i was leaving. i think i dodged a bullet there. staff spoke adequate english with communication taking minimal effort. not a lobby to hangout in. everything you need is right out in front of the hotel. price/value ratio was good, not great relative to the price structure in koh samui. overall, a positive experience at this hotel.

Good position on beach

one of my favorite place with nice garden
