Pro was that rooms are good. I guess the selection of standard up to premier is done by the building. Closer to the beach is premier (which I had) and I would not want the other buildings as hillside and far to walk, also their pool is lonely. Pool was OK and clean, bigger then expected. So are the rooms. Breakfast is OK, average and by no means bad. I think everyone can find something. Beach is OK and clean, no trash at all which is seldom for Thailand. Enough beds everywhere. In general the condition could be a bit better, broken lamps for example everywhere in the garden. Negative : for me the reason not to come back (might also be on the whole island) : the prices for the restaurant and bar are outrageous expensive. Nearly three times of outside. I know that Hotel price is higher, but not that much. That's really bad especially for families which stay there during day, an enormous issue. Not soap for Händewaschen in the room as well as no tissue, no go. No restaurants around hotel.
