Fair house fair place

Location is not good. A fair walk from centre of chaweng and there's hardly anywhere on the beach or surrounding streets so options for food are limited. Hotel itself is very hilly, our room was at the highest furthest point so walking to and from is tiring. Pool bar and restaurant very HIGH price. Everything is already pricey then it says they will at 7% tax and 10% service. So for 2 drinks (in happy hour) and 2 chicken sandwiches it came to 800baht! About double what you pay anywhere else.
Room was nice size and right next to a pool however the air con was absolute rubbish. It just blew warm air even on coldest setting. Room was big and spacious though and well cleaned everyday.
All in all I'd say for the price it's very reasonable hotel. However it's location from anything leaves you limited. But not bad for the price

perfect beach location

Tranquil Surroundings
