Run down and dated resort which needs some TLC

We stayed here for three nights in a superior bungalow and were disappointed for the price.

The resort is run down and in need of an overall face lift. The superior bungalows are traditional and of a good size however the lighting is very poor, the hot water didn't work (needed to phone reception each day to get someone to turn it on) and our mattress was old and hard and we could feel the springs felt through the sheets making for a pretty unconformtable three nights.

The location is great - away from the main Chaweng area, lovely beach with a few smaller restaurants to eat lunch/dinner at, and a couple of great Thai massage places. The resort food was average - both Thai and other cuisine and we didn't find the staff particularly friendly.

Good Beach Hotel

Pleasant stay
Hotel has such a good and functional facilities like wifi is very fast. However, need to change towel regularly if guests have indicated it, even for foot mat for better cleanliness service.
