Great location, average resort

We were upgraded from a Superior Bungalow to a beachfront bungalow. The TV reception was very poor, the toilet did not flush very well and the airconditioning was ok, but not great. There were a lot of mosquito's and we had to buy our own insect repetent coils. The service was not the best, our dirty dishers from room service were sitting out on the port for 2 days before they were collected.
Although the resort is in need for some work, the actual beach is beautiful, the best we have stayed on in Samui.

Great resort, beautiful quiet beach
room was older but knew this when booking. room was on two levels with steep stairs and also stairs in bathroom so request room with no stairs if you are less mobile. clean, cheap and generally good... อ่านต่อ

Dissappointing accommodation and service.

Poor accommodation and service.
the standard of the room did not reflect what i had paid for. it was dark and dirty. set too far back in trees which makes it dark with not much natural light. it is a hike up the hill to get to recep... อ่านต่อ

Nice hotel, but noisy construction of neigbhor
