The good..requested ground floor room and got it. Room was nice. Clean.. air con . Hot water. Nice bed. Clean sheets. Good tv. Breakfast was good..eggs cooked to order. And good selection of food. Hotel restaurant is next to one part of a beach peninsula.. so has views up the beach. Good location with 7-11 at front and plenty of restaurants around it. Pool was great. Can hire scooters from hotel at 200฿ a day or better bikes outside at 150฿ The bad. Full of chain smoking Russians and Germans.. there is no smoke free area around the pool so even If you pick a lounge away from the others someone can sit right next to you and smoke. The restaurant outside area needs to be made non smoking. The pool area needs to be non smoking.. Shares a beach with very upmarket resorts but beach bar was constantly closed others hotels bars were open. Improve the standard of the beach bar and include a restaurant or sitting area for meals. Found better hotels beach front on mainland..
