Luxury hotel with breathtaking clifftop location

the intercontinental koh samui is a beautiful resort, with lovely ambiance and food. the staff were always helpful and obliging. the resort feels as if it is slightly understaffed or perhaps is new and experiencing a few teething problems, as the front-desk and concierge service was sometimes slow and/or failed to follow through on many requests.
