Lovely views and not very good service

this is a beautiful resort but the quality feels much less due to some poor customer service and incompetent staff. many of the employees didn't speak even basic english, which for a resort claiming to be 5-star is not good.

details were missed. little things like having construction on the ledge of the roof area in front of the breakfast tables...during breakfast! banging and hammering at breakfast while watching sweaty people with bandanas wrapped around their faces like pirates (for dust) is not a great way to start the day.

restaurant quality at special buffet was not worth the $ per person.
