Very Good stay however on arrival was informed breakfast for children under 11 was 250 Baht. When booking Hotel it was informed children under 11 stay free when using existing bedding. On arrival we were informed 250 Baht is the standard rate for under 11 year olds, we had a 7 year old girl.
If this is a standard charge why not include this in the rates when booking on line rather than being deceptive and hiding the cost and informed on arrival ?
On principal I refused to pay the 250 Baht and received a call an hour later from the Manager reducing the cost to 150 Baht, which I very reluctantly accepted.
My message to Hotel Management is include the rate in your booking details so Customers know up front and not when they arrive.

They are trying but it's a tired "resort"
