Poorly managed and very run down

The first impression was the lack of attention and service when arriving at the hotel. No one to help with bags, and poor English on the part of the reception staff. The gardens within the resort looked quite shabby and the "deluxe" room we were given looked like it was ready to fall apart if you sneezed too hard.

There were no toiletries to speak of, the room "safe" was a tin box with a key, there was no in-room internet facilities, other than an extremely weak wifi signal from the reception area.

Each guest is given a card to be used to procure a (single) beach towel - don't bother requesting extra towels, its not worth the hassle! There is no beach at all - the resort is positioned above the ocean with a brick wall acting as breaker. There are huge, broken concrete steps leading down to the water, so child supervision is a must.

I do not have a favorable impression of this hotel at all and I have stayed at other resorts on Koh Samui with much more character and service, as well as value for money.

Quiet hotel with nice pool but moderate food
This hotel is ok but no better than that. You are greeted by a list of rules and suggested "do's and donts" when in Thailand and in hotel ! Rooms are fine, nice pool and spa. Food nothing special and... อ่านต่อ

Restaurant is not good
The restaurant serves slow and the dishes gets cold when it comes. The staff is not flexible.
