This was our 4th Stay at this Hotel. This time it was value for money as before it was a bit pricey. Having said that it is getting very tired & could do with a sprucing up and an upgrade. I refer to the room ie needs a flat screen TV and a paint etc. It was clean and comfortable but not inviting. The pool needs a re-grouting & an overhaul of pumps etc as it appeared to be stagnant at times.Paths need some maintenance as there were a few health hazards. The gardens were lovely and the location right on the beach was always a bonus. It is a good walk to get to any shops/convenience store & they are very limited. We did find a couple of good local eateries 2 nights before we left & their was one on the beach - Jin's (turn R at the beach front. Cheap good food,)The staff were excellent & could not do enough for you. Their attention to detail in the restaurant was exceptional. The breakfasts were good but did become boring over 2 weeks as they did not vary much. Appreciated the Happy Hours & the Bar staff were very friendly.It was the peace & quiet and the great staff that won us.
