Nice Hotel but poor air conditioning !

we stayed 6 nights and found our holiday and comfort was affected by the poor and inadequate air conditioning. on the last night it was so unbearable we were moved to another room which was an inferior garden view room, which was just bearable infact it was cooler outside than in the room i feel a refund of one nights cost of stay would be adequate and appropriate compensation. i look forward to receiving a response asap.

Management and staff are terrible...
I am staying here don't be fooled by the pictures on the website i think they are taken on the day they opened the hotel!! Again view is really nice but thats given by mother nature... The rest is not... อ่านต่อ
