Amazing View Shoddy Service

This was the hotel we were most looking forward to staying in and it turned out the be our worst.
The pool was nice but unclean and full of Dead bugs and rubbish, I wasn't allowed to colle t my best western points because I didn't book through them, doesn't make sense to me As they are still getting my money and I'm still Staying there. The restaurant was pricey and food basic, the free shuttle to the 'Sister hotel' is pointless, we were there an hour as the beach was disgusting! They do a drop off to the main town for free but will not pick you back up.. But on the plus side the rooms were nice and clean and big!
The location isn't good, the reception staff are unhelpful.

Falling to pieces, small dated rooms
The staff tried their best, which wasnt very good. Took 2 hours to rent a bike which is essential at this hotel otherwise your stuck there umongst the broken down brickwork or cramped up in your tiny ... อ่านต่อ

Best Location and view keeping in mind the price
never keep money in the locker of the room..i had kept $ in the locker of the room which i stayed for 4 days..i did not check the contents of the wallet while leaving the hotel or in between the stay... อ่านต่อ

Fantastic view
The hotel lives up to it's name as it is perched half way up the hillside overlooking Chewong Beach. The room was really nice, large, clean and great balcony overlooking the bay. The hotel reception... อ่านต่อ
