Well located, with extensive grounds

we were pleased with this older hotel, with their smiling staff and the good location. breakfast was fine and several pools are located on the grounds. rooms are large and comfortable. we would walk 5 minutes down the beach for various eating/drinking options. we found that the beach was not cleaned daily; this seems to be common at all hotels, which surprises me. seems such like a small daily investment to get back major reward.
