Amazing hotel

We spent 5 nights in panoramic suite and we had an amazing short holidays in Bangkok! The service was excellent! The buffet breakfast was really delicious ,a lots of fruits and variety of food (Thai and Western),very clean around restaurant. Roof top swimming pool was also VERY CLEAN with absolutely unforgettable city view(specially during the evening) The staff was all the time smiling ,happy to help us:) I do not remember all names (sorry)but I would like to once again say: THANK YOU FOR GREAT HOSTING!!! Every day we use shuttle for free to go to BTS (3 minutes),never was problem to drop off us or pick up (when we made the call to arrange} Especially THANK YOU for TOOM:)She always drop off us and pick up around Mango shop:) Cleaning staffs also was great and worked very hard to make our room clean and tidy every day,always we had a clean towels,they cleaned our dishes,glasses etc We definitely will be back :)

Took beach front room to heaven

very worn but with the best beach
We staying there for 10 days and we enjoyed it. But it seams like the territory of hotels is not untimosquitos treated and my husband and 2 year old son was beaten my mosquito very badly. We had ants ... อ่านต่อ

Beautiful beach
Beach was amazing.. Pool was great apart from a few safety concerns.( no safety guard over water outlet & a strong suction could damage a child's hand if put near). & a few broken tiles. Food was nice... อ่านต่อ
