Reality not meeting Expectations, rundown shabby and false advertising
Not without charm but sadly this place is lacking in so much, unloved and poorly managed.
Reception: tired, dark a clocking in/out area for staff. Basic/very poor meeting and greeting, no explanation of grounds/facilities.Sea view villa nicely decorated, good TV, reasonable choice of programs, comfortable and clean but overrun with ants, poor bamboo broken wardrobe/storage clothes area, torn bedding was used and quilt to small for large bed. Pool area run down, broken beds (some beyond repair) there was a handyman repairing ‘in a fashion’ one of the platforms overlooking sea with a power saw/air gun right next to guests/ not what guest want to hear when trying to relax. Torn, blue, water logged covers, dirty, sticky, used old, burst inflatables in pool /ground. restaurant breakfast food poor quality also rude, arrogant lazy staff. Tables sticky and wiped down with a dirty rag. Photos on site do not show this place as it really is which is really sad, spend your money elsewhere
