Nice beach but you share the restaurant pool, pool deck chairs, beach deck chairs with the public. There is no priority for hotel guests. No enforcement of people taking beach or pool chairs all day by leaving a bag or shoes on a beach or pool chair. Would not stay again. Other options on Crystal Bay Beach or Lamai Beach where guests are treated as guests of the hotel. We spoke to Management who clearly did not want to address the problem. We asked to move and hotel refused to reimburse.
