We had a family vacation this February. The staffs were very helpful and sincere although the room we booked had some problems. They did a lot to make us feel comfortable and made up our lost. We still had a great time there despite the unexpected change. Nancy and the other manager were very helpful. Staffs were friendly. Kid love the beach. Food was good. We had a great time in Santiburi.
