Sucks staff !!!

They charges 200baht per kids per nite without extra bed. Near pier near beach, but the beach is awful not suitable for kids. We told the staff 2 times in 2days that we will check out early morning at 5.30am, and they will tell u, our restaurant will open at 5am. Then when u check out, u will know there is nothing to eat, and the staff say, u have to booking for your breakfast if not they will not prepare. The problem is, they only let u know restaurant is open at 5am and didn't tell u have to book for it. The only nice thing is the swimming pool, my kid love it.

Value for money but the hotel is not near to the Koh Tao lively beach

Stay away!!
Lots of commando Mosquitoes at the reception area. Suppose to check out at 5am to leave for the pier, recep said they will be their to help us check out and book a taxi. Waited till 520am but no one... อ่านต่อ
