We had a family suite with sea view but actually it was pool and palm view with some blue spots in the background. We had a "75 % discount" but it was still rather expensive for what we got. I assume we had the normal price and the discount is fake in order to attract customers.
Service is mostly friendly (especially reception) and pool landscape is great. Breaktfast is average, coffee is horrible!
The beach is ok but note that you are next to the main pier and you will see many many boats lying on the sea when you look to the sea.
The location is good in order to walk to the village for shopping, diving, having a coffee. If you want some quite place with wondreful beach you should try somewhere else on Tao.
The hotel is fine but a little bit old and if you expect high western standards it should not be your choice. We anyhow had a great stay but would likely not recommend it but seach for alternatives next time.
