Nice hotel but not in the rainy season!

the value for the money was quite good. however, we stayed in the monsoon season and i don't recommend visiting in july/august! it rained for our entire 3-day stay at the hotel, and while the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, there wasn't really anything to do. i'm sure the beach and pool would be very nice in the dry season. there weren't many shops/restaurants open nearby either, so keep this in mind when travelling in july/august. the food at the restaurant was quite good.
